HR Supervisor

An HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing volume recruitment and employee relations while ensuring smooth implementation of HR processes across all facets. This role focuses on managing volume hiring to support business growth, addressing employee concerns to maintain a positive workplace, and guiding the HR team in delivering high-quality people services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage volume hiring processes to meet manpower requirements.
• Oversee employee relations, including handling concerns, disciplinary cases, and engagement initiatives.
• Supervise and support HR operations across facets such as performance management, training, and compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1–3 years in HR, with solid background in volume recruitment and employee relations. Supervisory experience and exposure to multiple HR facets (e.g., training, performance management, compliance) are required.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and disciplinary procedures
• Ability to handle volume hiring and employee relations effectively while supporting broader HR functions

Work Setup: Willing to work onsite, with flexibility to travel depending on operational needs.
