Social Media Manager

The Role: We're looking for a creative and data-savvy Social Media Manager to become the voice of our brand. You will develop and execute our social media strategy to boost our online presence, engage our community, and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms (especially LinkedIn, Twitter, and our company blog).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and provide insightful reports.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and support lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in a B2B or tech-focused environment.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and KPIs.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
