We are a startup Strategic Advertising Agency focused on helping businesses grow through smart marketing strategies, automation, and creative campaigns.

We're on the lookout for a Social Media Manager with strong technical skills to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our clients' social media presence, combining creative content strategies with performance tracking, automation tools, and data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage social media content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

Design and schedule posts using tools like GoHighLevel (GHL), Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar

Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice

Analyze performance data and generate weekly/monthly reports to optimize strategy

Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align social media with broader marketing goals

Set up and manage automation flows and integrations using tools like GHL, Zapier, or scheduling platforms

Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices to ensure relevance and performance

Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and performance metrics

Proficient in GoHighLevel (GHL) or willing to learn quickly

Skilled in tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools

Technical know-how to use or set up automations and workflows (e.g., using GHL, Zapier, etc.)

Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal

Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency

Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $4/hour (Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM CST)

Bonuses: Based on performance and client growth
