The Technical Service Coordinator / Customer Support is responsible for managing client service schedules, ensuring that sales and technical teams meet their commitments, and preparing accomplishment reports. The role requires close coordination between clients and internal teams, timely communication, and the ability to provide sales quotations when needed. This position requires someone organized, professional, and assertive while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and monitor service schedules for clients.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure compliance with schedules and commitments.
- Communicate with clients regarding appointments, updates, or rescheduling.
- Track progress of service activities and address potential delays.
- Prepare and submit daily accomplishment and service activity reports.
- Provide accurate sales quotations to clients as needed.
- Maintain proper documentation of schedules, reports, and client feedback.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or coordination (preferably in the lighting or related industry).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
- Mild-mannered but assertive in ensuring compliance with tasks.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with teams.
