Position Summary

The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for achieving sales targets by providing technical product solutions that meet customer needs. This role combines sales expertise, product knowledge, and consultative selling to drive revenue, primarily within Car Parking Systems and Warehouse Automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle — lead generation, prospecting, solution presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, and proposals while ensuring commercial terms comply with company policies and approval levels.
  • Conduct technical product presentations and sales meetings, identifying customer requirements and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Support market research, sales forecasting, and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities and strengthen market coverage.
  • Ensure accurate completion of Project Specification Sheets and coordinate proper handover with Project Engineers.
  • Maintain accurate and updated project information in the project management database for alignment and visibility across teams.
  • Use CRM (C4C) to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and support planning and reporting.
  • Monitor receivables and coordinate with Finance for billing follow ups when needed.
  • Build strong long-term client relationships through periodic visits, post-sales follow-up, and customer satisfaction monitoring.
  • Work closely with Project and Service teams to ensure smooth and complete project turnover to clients.

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
