Key responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications equipment such as routers, switches, and modems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to voice, data, and internet services
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on the telecommunications network
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest telecommunications technologies and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Telecom Technician or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications systems, including network protocols, hardware, and software
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively
  • Willingness to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Relevant certifications or training in telecommunications or a related field would be an advantage
  • Willing to start ASAP.
