Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and safety-oriented Telecom Rigger to join our team. The role involves tower climbing, installation of telecom equipment, and supporting site activities for network rollout projects.

Responsibilities

Climb towers and structures to install and maintain telecom equipment

Install antennas, microwave dishes, RRUs, feeders, jumpers, and related hardware

Perform cabling works (fiber, coax, power) based on site design

Set up rigging, hoisting, and lifting systems for safe equipment installation

Align antennas and microwave dishes according to specifications

Conduct basic testing (VSWR, continuity checks)

Assist in site preparation and material handling

Follow all safety protocols and use PPE at all times

Document site activities and submit daily reports

Support engineers and technicians during site works

Qualifications

With experience as Telecom Rigger

With Working at Height, First Aid, BOSH/COSH Certificate

Knowledge of basic tools, rigging equipment, and safety procedures

Willing to travel and work onsite as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
