Are you a tech-savvy, organized, and great at managing field operations remotely? Join our growing telecommunications team as a Virtual Field Officer (VFO) — and help us ensure smooth coordination between our on-ground teams and customers

RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Coordinate daily field operations, installation schedules, and service requests virtually.


• Communicate with field technicians, customers, and support teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.


• Monitor job orders, service reports, and performance metrics using digital tools or CRM systems.


• Prepare daily and weekly updates on network status, service quality, and team performance.


• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution through remote coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Bachelor's degree in any field (Engineering, IT, or Business preferred).


• At least 1–3 years of experience in telecom operations, coordination, or customer support.


• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other online coordination tools.


•Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a virtual setup.
