Job Title: Field Operations Manager

Salary Range: ₱90,000 - ₱100,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Visayas or Mindanao

The salary offered depends on your skills, expertise, and evaluation results.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. WHSE Compliance
  2. Site Hygiene; compliance to organizational requirements
  3. Adhering to SOPs
  4. Ensure use of PPE by self and technicians
  5. Support in regular training on HSE and ensure that safe practices are being following at Tower Site 
  6. Ensure issue and usage of PTW for every activity being done at a site. 
  7. Customer Management
  8. Provide supports for outage escalation by MNOs.
  9. Site access supports as and when applicable for tenants.
  10. Maintain healthy customer relationship.
  11. Supervise Site upgrades as per specification and provide support for RFS activities. 
  12. Site Quality & Process Compliance
  13. Maintain excellent level of site quality (proper cable laying, correct temperature, correct settings, site in Auto, etc.)
  14. Identify Gap against equipment specification and ensure timely corrections.
  15. Periodic audit to ensure that civil/tower electrical and other Infrastructure are in best state.
  16. Ensure compliance of operational processes
  17. Compliance checking of quality of technicians, partners, spares including any ethical issues. 
  18. Energy Management
  19. Identifying high Diesel consumption sites and recommending their remedy action
  20. Minimizing TL faults
  21. Facilitating in converting non-Electrified sites for permanent power
  22. Monitoring Genset running hrs. and fuel compliance.
  23. Uptime and SLA
  24. Drive Uptime for all Customers. Maintain infra uptime as per MSA/KPI's
  25. RCA of outages and prepare corrective action plan to avoid repetitions.
  26. 100% Site Automation and Alarm integration with NOC. Alarm & Metering correction at Site.
  27. 100 % compliance on PM
  28. Site visit and closure of punch points
  29. Team Management
  30. Technician performance evaluations 
  31. Identify training needs of technicians and plan for development.
  32. Site allocation, discipline management for technicians 
  33. Lessor Management
  34. Compliance of sites access process.
  35. Maintains high level of landlord engagement to ensure 24/7 access and facilitate upgrade/ planned event/installation and other operational work at site.
  36. Resolution of hygiene related trouble tickets to ensure landlord satisfaction.

What our Client is Looking For:

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related course is preferred 5-10 years of prior experience as a Field Operations Manager or in a related position is requiredTelecom operation experience is a must.Proficient in English communication.Must be proficient in Microsoft excel.Must have a positive attitude.
