About the Role

We're looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Power BI development and Python, with a strong analytical mindset and the drive to continuously learn and improve. Experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to work with different types of data—from structured databases to raw, unprocessed information.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, data-driven insights.
  • Use Python for data cleaning, transformation, and automation of analytical tasks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Analyze, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Optimize existing reports and data models for performance and scalability.
  • Support data governance, documentation, and best practices in data management.
  • Explore and apply new tools, methods, and technologies—especially within Microsoft Fabric and related data ecosystems.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, and data modeling).
  • Proficient in Python for data manipulation, automation, and analytics.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric or Azure data tools is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data transformation processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning new technologies and solving challenges.
  • Must have reliable setup to work effectively in a remote environment (e.g., stable internet connection and workspace).
