We are looking for a
Web Designer / Developer
to join our team. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining websites using WordPress (with Elementor) for a wide range of clients. The role combines design sense with technical build, and involves working with both our internal creative team and clients directly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build responsive websites in WordPress, from landing pages to e-commerce stores.
  • Customise and extend WordPress using Elementor and relevant plugins.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, project managers, and other team members.
  • Ensure websites are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand and technical standards.
  • Troubleshoot issues and manage routine updates.
  • Liaise directly with clients via email, calls, and video meetings.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to scheduling and project organisation.
  • Keep up to date with web technologies, best practices, and optimisation methods.

Essential Skills

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated experience designing and building websites in WordPress (Elementor and/or WooCommerce a plus).
  • Knowledge of WordPress plugins and CMS fundamentals.
  • Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS).
  • Good eye for design and UX.
  • Comfortable working independently and problem-solving with incomplete briefs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with WooCommerce and Elementor Pro.
  • Knowledge of web hosting environments (cPanel, DNS, servers).
  • Understanding of SEO and website performance optimisation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
  • Additional front-end frameworks (React, Tailwind, etc.) a bonus but not required.
