At Hybrid Anchor, we own and operate a portfolio of digital agencies, delivering support and execution for a diverse, global client base. With a strong foundation in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and a commitment to high standards, we're now ready to bring in a Senior Web Designer to elevate our creative output and ensure every project aligns with business goals and client aspirations. This role reports to our Head of Design.

As our new Senior Web Designer, you will be responsible for:

• Driving creative quality: Auditing, reviewing, and refining design outputs across brands and digital experiences.
• Raising standards: Developing and embedding quality assurance processes that ensure visual consistency, innovation, and usability.
• Critical thinking: Bringing a strategic mindset to user experience, conversion principles, and design challenges.
• Client partnership: Collaborating directly with senior stakeholders, nurturing relationships, and helping shape creative strategies.
• Team collaboration: Working alongside account managers, developers, and other creatives to bring bold ideas to life.

This is not a hands-off role - you'll roll up your sleeves and get into the details when needed, while contributing to a culture of quality across the team. You'll have clear direction and support from the Head of Design, with plenty of room to influence how we work.

You are a creative force with a meticulous eye for detail, a sharp commercial instinct, and a deep understanding of digital design best practices. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are motivated by the challenge of delivering design that does more than look good, it performs.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience in web and graphic design, with a portfolio that shows range and results.
• Expertise in responsive design, UX/UI, and a solid understanding of front-end principles.
• We work in Figma, so experience with this and the Adobe Suite would be a must
• A background (or strong appreciation) for conversion-focused design.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical speak into client-friendly language.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other designers is a plus.
• Confidence in client conversations and aligning design strategy to business goals.
• A self-driven mindset and comfort working independently in a remote team.
