About the Role

We're looking for a creative and reliable Web Designer & Social Media Admin to support an Australian client. This work-from-home role is ideal for someone who loves blending design, digital marketing, and technical know-how to create engaging online experiences.

You'll be responsible for managing social media content, maintaining websites, and producing digital materials that align with the client's brand and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns
  • Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Design and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites (Wix, WordPress, or Shopify)
  • Apply basic on-page SEO (meta tags, formatting, performance optimisation)
  • Create wireframes and assist with website planning
  • Develop digital collateral such as banners, email graphics, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with the client via Asana and other communication tools

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in web design and social media management
  • Proficiency in Wix, WordPress, or Shopify
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and website performance optimisation
  • Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and comfortable working remotely

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Asana, , or GoHighLevel
  • Experience with Xero or understanding of basic admin workflows
