Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Head, Psychometrician's duties are focused on the administration, scoring and interpretation of instruments for the purpose of assessing a person's intelligence, personality, skills or other psychological attributes. They ensure the accuracy and validity of exams and gather data that will be instrumental to improving the performance of an individual.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administer entrance exams and psychological tests
  • Check and interpret test results
  • Organize and review the completeness and accuracy of the scores data and present data in summary forms
  • Record test results ensuring adherence to testing and data collection protocols
  • Update and select psychological tests relevant to students' needs
  • Maintain test materials are in proper working order
  • Assist the Guidance Counselor in the conduct of intake interviews and other couseling duties
  • Test analysis and validation and standard setting/norming
  • Attend/Participate in relevant professional development courses/workshops
  • Attend and contribute to regular staff meetings and in service trainings

Job Specifications: Must be a holder of a Bachelor's Degree in BS/AB Psychology or Guidance and Counseling, Must be a licensed Psychometrician, Prior experience in the field of Psychology/Psychometrics is preferred, but not required. Earned units in Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling is an advantage.

Specific Skill Requirement: Computer literate especially in MS Office applications, particularly in MS Excel, Superior oral and written communciation skills in both English and Filipino

Pay: Php19, Php22,700.00 per month
