Role Overview

The Psychometrician will be responsible for administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological and educational assessments with the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality. This role will support healthcare and educational professionals in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention planning, while ensuring ethical practices and data integrity.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer standardized psychological, educational, and occupational assessments.
  • Score and interpret test results accurately, aligned with professional and ethical standards.
  • Prepare clear, comprehensive, and timely test reports for psychologists and psychiatrists.
  • Ensure secure handling, confidentiality, and proper storage of testing tools, data, and results.
  • Assist in data analysis and contribute to the statistical validation of tests.
  • Collaborate with psychologists, educators, and healthcare professionals to integrate assessment outcomes into treatment or intervention plans.
  • Stay updated with psychometric tools, testing methodologies, and professional best practices.
  • Provide training or orientation on testing protocols to staff when required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing of test records for organizational compliance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related field.
  • Licensed Psychometrician (preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
