Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology; licensure as a Registered Psychometrician.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological testing principles and statistics.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience in educational, clinical, or organizational settings is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer online and in-person psychological tests to candidates.
  • Score, interpret, and validate assessment results accurately.
  • Consolidate and endorse test results to the recruiter or hiring manager.
  • Maintain and update testing records and databases.
  • Ensure proper test administration procedures and data confidentiality.
  • Assist in developing and improving testing protocols and materials.
  • Coordinate with recruiters and HR staff to schedule assessments and provide insights for selection.
  • Prepare summary reports and provide feedback when required.
  • Stay updated with current trends and ethical standards in psychometrics and assessment.
