About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Payroll/HR Generalist (Philippines-based) who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about building accurate and reliable HR systems. In this role, you'll manage the backbone of our HR operations — from HRIS data integrity and employee file management to People Team inbox support and employment verification.

This isn't a routine back-office role. You'll play a critical part in ensuring our HR records are accurate, our employee inquiries are resolved with care, and our systems are ready to support a fast-scaling global team.


How you will make an impact
  • Maintain HRIS and payroll systems with accuracy, auditing regularly and ensuring data integrity across employee lifecycle events.
  • Process timecard corrections, leave requests, PTO approvals, and payroll adjustments (hours, garnishments, benefits).
  • Manage the People Team inbox, triaging inquiries, escalating as needed, and ensuring timely responses.
  • Process employment verifications and prepare supporting documentation.
  • Maintain HR files and employee records in compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
  • Support HR audits and reporting by ensuring records are complete and audit-ready.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to improve administrative workflows and implement best practices.

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration, record-keeping, and US/CAN payroll/benefits support (multinational experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain HR processes to employees in a clear, empathetic way.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and delivers reliably.
