Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in core HR functions, particularly employee engagement, grievance handling, and end-to-end recruitment. This role will support the organization in building a strong employee-centric culture and streamlining HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Support in managing employee grievances and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in driving employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Help in maintaining a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Publish job advertisements on portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments.
- Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Support payroll processing by collecting attendance and leave data.
- Assist in policy implementation and compliance.
- Generate HR reports and analytics as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
