Role Purpose

This role is the post-production and creative design backbone of our marketing team.

You will take raw content (photos and videos) shot by our Singapore-based content creator and turn them into:

  • polished brand videos
  • attention-grabbing short-form content
  • high-quality product photos
  • visually consistent brand collaterals (posters, menus, table standees, banners, web assets, etc.)

Requirements:

  • You must be highly skilled in video editing, photo editing, graphic design, and layout design, with
  • strong aesthetic judgment and brand sensitivity.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming raw assets into beautiful, high-performing
  • content, and can work fast in a dynamic environment.

Video Editing:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro (expert level
  • CapCut Desktop (advantage)
  • After Effects (bonus)

Photo Retouching:

  • Adobe Photoshop (expert level)
  • Lightroom

Graphic Design & Layout:

  • Adobe Illustrator (expert level)
  • Strong typography and layout design
  • Experience creating marketing collaterals for brands

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Video Editing (Primary Responsibility)

  2. Edit raw video footage into high-quality videos for TikTok, IG Reels, Xiaohongshu etc

  3. Apply brand-specific editing styles, transitions, pacing, colour grading, and storytelling
  4. Create versions with different hooks, cuts, and formats for A/B testing
  5. Enhance audio, clean up dialogue, add subtitles, effects, motion graphics (when needed)
  6. Maintain a consistent visual language across 3 distinct brands
  7. Build reusable editing templates and presets to speed up workflow

  8. Deliver fast turnaround edits (24–48 hours when needed)

  9. Photo Editing & Retouching

  10. Retouch food photos to enhance texture, colour, lighting, sharpness, and appetising appeal

  11. Apply consistent colour styles across menus, posters, websites, and social media
  12. Remove unwanted elements, clean up backgrounds, adjust lighting, crop, and straighten

  13. Prepare final assets in correct resolution for both print and digital

  14. Graphic Design & Collateral Creation

You must be able to design and produce:

  • Posters (promotions, seasonal launches)
  • Table standees
  • Menus (print + digital)
  • Packaging artwork, stickers, labels
  • Social media static posts
  • Website banners
  • In-store signages

  • Email marketing visuals

  • Content System & Workflow Management

  • Work closely with Brand Manager to understand weekly content priorities

  • Collaborate with the Singapore-based content creator to receive raw footage
  • Organise footage into structured libraries and asset management systems
  • Create versioning and repurposing workflows
  • Maintain monthly content folders for each brand

  • Ensure deadlines are consistently met (daily/weekly deliverables)

  • Brand Aesthetic & Visual Consistency

  • Understand the tone and visual language of 3 distinct brands

  • Ensure all edited content reflects the brand's aesthetic direction
  • Proactively suggest improvements in visual style and execution
  • Elevate the overall creative quality of the brand

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php80,000.00 per month
