About the role

Kimstore Enterprise Corp. is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Staff to join our dynamic team in our Manila City store. As a Retail Sales Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and driving sales. This is a full-time position, offering competitive pay and the opportunity to be part of a growing retail business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
  3. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  5. Maintain a clean and well-organised store environment
  6. Contribute to achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
  7. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
