Job Opening: Administrative & Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a versatile and proactive staff member to support the operations of our Aesthetic Clinic and Asysta — both currently in their start-up phase.

This position is ideal for someone who can handle both administrative and marketing tasks while managing day-to-day coordination and communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle calls, messages, and client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and documentation
  • Support marketing activities, both online and offline (e.g., social media content coordination, promotions, client outreach)
  • Conduct occasional field work related to marketing or administrative errands
  • Coordinate between both companies and ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or marketing-related work
  • Graduate of at least a 2-year course related to Administration or Marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, flexible, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and comfortable using social media for marketing
  • Must have some business experience with social media marketing beyond personal use
  • Willing to work across two start-up companies
Work Details:
  • Office Assignment: Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City
  • Starting Salary: Above minimum wage (negotiable based on experience)
  • Work Setup: Full-time, on-site
