Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager, located in Quezon City. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and launch of new products, managing product lifecycles, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. Daily tasks include defining product specifications, monitoring market trends, and coordinating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in product marketing, with a strong grasp of brand strategy, campaign development, and market positioning.
  • Solid background in digital marketing, including social media management, content strategy, paid advertising, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in growing a brand, product, or service with measurable results (e.g., increased market share, revenue growth, user acquisition, or engagement).
  • Ability to craft compelling marketing narratives and execute go-to-market strategies that drive awareness and conversion.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, competitive analysis, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Experience in the technology or card solutions industry is a plus.
