Learning Delivery Specialist
and play a key role in empowering employees through impactful learning programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions (virtual & in-person) on onboarding, systems, soft skills, and leadership development.
  • Deliver content that caters to diverse learning styles and keeps participants engaged.
  • Coordinate learning programs, including scheduling, communications, and logistics.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback.
  • Provide post-training coaching and collaborate with the L&D team to enhance content delivery.
  • Keep accurate training records in the LMS and stay updated on the latest learning technologies.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least
    2 years of training facilitation/learning delivery experience
    , preferably in a BPO or RPO environment.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with confidence in leading groups of all sizes.
  • Proficiency in Zoom, MS Teams, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and adaptability skills.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) is a plus.
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift schedule.
