Sales Executive for UPvc Windows/ Doors

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in construction, building materials, or fenestration products (uPVC or aluminum windows, doors, or glass).
  • Strong network in the construction and real estate industry (architects, contractors, developers, fabricators).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications of uPVC and aluminum window/door systems and explain them clearly to clients.
  • Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Good command of English and Filipino (written and spoken).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and events.
  • Preferably with knowledge of reading plans/drawings and basic installation processes.
  • Computer-literate (MS Office, email, social media, CRM tools).
  • Must be results-oriented, persistent, and professional in dealing with customers.

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in handling project-based sales or B2B accounts.
  • Background in architectural sales or building hardware.
