Design Innovative Door Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window & Door Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating innovative door solutions that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop drive systems for automation applications, including motors, actuators, and controllers, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and scalability
  • Design door hardware systems, including locks, hinges, door closers, panic devices, and access control systems
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP and IT specialists to support system architecture design and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructures
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides for installed solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Specialty in facade engineering is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex structural scenarios and propose effective solutions
  • Knowledge of profile system suppliers, such as TECHNAL, WICONA, SCHUECO, RAICO etc.
  • Business Presentation Level English is necessary
Desirable Skills
  • Well versed with 2-D and 3-D design software including but not limited to AutoCAD, Advance Steel, Athena
  • Well versed in Orgadata, SchuCAL, WICTOP
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Power Point
Work Experience
  • Minimum 2 years solid experience in windows and door design
  • Experience in operable element, such as windows and doors, hardware selection, design and engineering, assembling and installation method
