Job Summary:

We are seeking a PMP-certified IT Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery — from planning and execution to monitoring, reporting, and successful completion. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals, while leading developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diverse IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Apply project management methodologies and tools to deliver consistent, reliable results.
  • Develop project plans, assign tasks, and monitor milestones and resources.
  • Identify risks, manage budgets, and ensure proper reporting and documentation.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate with the project team to achieve deliverables.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • PMP Certification is required.
  • At least 1–2 years of work experience in project management, process automation, requirement design, or stakeholder management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
