
Employee Engagement Officer

What You'll Do:
Plan, organize, and execute fun and meaningful employee engagement activities across the company, with a focus on initiatives that resonate with our vibrant Gen Z workforce.
Build connections and boost morale through interactive programs, events, and recognition activities.
Collaborate with different teams to gather ideas, feedback, and insights to continuously improve engagement strategies.
Track participation and measure the impact of engagement initiatives to ensure we keep the energy high and the smiles wide.
What We're Looking For:
You'll be the heart of our engagement activities, so we need someone who naturally spreads good vibes and keeps the momentum going.
You'll work with a diverse group, so being able to accept constructive criticism and adjust quickly is key.
Ability to think outside the box to design activities that are fresh, inclusive, and fun.
Whether face-to-face, over chat, or on stage, you can connect with people easily.
You can juggle multiple events and projects without missing a beat.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in employee engagement, events management, or related field.
Experience engaging a younger workforce (especially Gen Z) is a plus.
Proficiency in social media, digital tools, or creative platforms is an advantage.
