I. Position Overview
GlowFind, scheduled to launch in the first half of next year, is a dermatology and cosmetic surgery information and booking platform. This role is responsible for both onboarding new clinics (B2B Sales) and driving patient acquisition and brand awareness (B2C Marketing). The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a key role in expanding GlowFind's network and increasing its visibility in Metro Manila.
II. Key Responsibilities
A. Clinic Acquisition & Sales (B2B Sales)
- Conduct sales activities targeting dermatology and cosmetic surgery clinics (cold calls, in-person meetings, online presentations, etc.)
- Develop customized proposals and packages tailored to each clinic's profile
- Negotiate and close contracts, and support onboarding after signing
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships, including joint promotions and campaigns
B. Patient Acquisition & Marketing (B2C Marketing)
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
- Collaborate on content creation (blogs, articles, social media, video, etc.)
- Plan offline promotions and advertising initiatives
- Design and implement strategies to increase patient traffic and conversion
- Track and analyze key KPIs: ROAS, traffic growth, conversion rate, retention, etc.
C. Strategy & Collaboration
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales and marketing reports
- Monitor performance against targets and recommend improvement strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams (branding, product, customer support) to generate synergies
III. Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in sales and/or digital marketing
- B2B sales experience; healthcare or medical industry background is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English and Tagalog (spoken and written)
Preferred
- Existing network in dermatology or cosmetic surgery clinics, or relevant sales experience
- Experience in content planning and production (video, blog, social media)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
IV. Working Conditions
- Location: Metro Manila (includes fieldwork and clinic visits as needed); office options in Quezon, BGC, or Valenzuela
- Employment type: Full-time, with a 3-month probationary period
- Work schedule: 5 days per week, flexible hours depending on sales/marketing activities
V. Compensation
- Base Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 per month
- Incentives (Commission/Bonus): Additional incentives based on KPI achievement (e.g., clinic sign-ups, marketing performance)
- Other Benefits: Health insurance, transportation allowance, partial mobile/internet support, and professional training opportunities
※ Compensation structure may be enhanced depending on clinic acquisition results and patient growth performance.
VI. Career Path
- Initially responsible for clinic acquisition and overall marketing execution
- With strong performance, eligible for promotion to Sales Manager or Marketing Manager, including opportunities to lead a team
