We are looking for a skilled PR Specialist to join our team and help us build and maintain a positive public image for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as experience developing and executing PR campaigns. As a PR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing media relations, developing and distributing press releases, and coordinating events and promotions.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns to enhance the organization's public image and reputation.

2. Manage media relations by building and maintaining relationships with journalists, reporters, and editors.

3. Write and distribute press releases and other media materials to promote organizational news and events.

4. Coordinate and execute events and promotions to support PR campaigns and initiatives.

5. Monitor media coverage and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of PR efforts.

6. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including executives and department heads, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals and values.

7. Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communications as needed.

8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in PR and marketing

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a PR Specialist or similar role.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for a variety of audiences.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

5. Experience with media relations and working with journalists and other media professionals.

6. Proficiency with PR and marketing tools, including media monitoring and analytics software.

7. Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in PR and marketing.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
