Position Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for a PR & Email Marketing Intern at Hati Health. The intern will support both communications and digital marketing initiatives — assisting in email marketing campaigns, public relations activities, and event execution. You will help strengthen Hati Health's brand presence by delivering meaningful stories to our community and partners while driving engagement through creative campaigns.

As a PR & Email Marketing Intern at Hati Health, your responsibilities will include:

  • Email Creation & Scheduling: Assisting in the development, layout, and scheduling of email campaigns for both B2B & B2C audiences using tools like sendgrid, gmail, similar platforms.
  • Copywriting & Content: Writing compelling email subject lines, preview text, and newsletter copy that drive opens, clicks, and conversions.
  • Visual Design: Designing email templates, layouts, and graphics in line with the Hati Health brand using Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools.
  • Public Relations: Managing invitations, email threads, and follow-ups with potential partners, media, and KOLs to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth coordination.

You will help us turn inboxes into impact and events into experiences — making every touchpoint with Hati Health clear, compelling, and empowering.

Qualifications

  • Strong copywriting and content planning skills
  • Basic understanding of email marketing concepts and tools such as gmail, sendgrid, etc.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and communication platforms like WhatsApp, Viber, and Slack.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Confident in public relations communications, outreach, and relationship building with partners, media, and KOLs
  • Bachelor's degree or graduating in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of telehealth services and healthcare platforms is a plus.
