Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Public Relations & Brand Management

  2. Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies that align with the company's business goals, brand positioning, and regulatory considerations.

  3. Craft strategic messaging frameworks for brand campaigns, CSR initiatives, partnerships, and key announcements.
  4. Translate complex business and regulatory information into clear, audience-appropriate narratives for public consumption.
  5. Oversee all public communications, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels.
  6. Strengthen the company's corporate reputation by promoting positive brand awareness and engaging in thought leadership initiatives.
  7. Track industry developments, media sentiment, and competitor positioning to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and shape proactive strategies that safeguard and strengthen the company's public reputation.
  8. Provide strategic and tactical communications support to teams working on regulatory, social impact, or public-facing programs.

  9. Media & Stakeholder Relations

  10. Proactively manage media outreach, identify interview opportunities, and coordinate press briefings or events for relationship building.

  11. Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and corporate statements to ensure accurate and positive coverage.
  12. Organize and oversee press conferences, media events, and public engagements to maximize brand exposure.
  13. Together with the Corporate Affairs and Legal Compliance teams, work with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations to maintain compliance and strengthen industry partnerships.
  14. Oversee the planning and execution of public-facing initiatives that require media presence or stakeholder visibility.

  15. Crisis Communication & Reputation Management

  16. Monitor public sentiment and emerging issues that could impact corporate reputation.

  17. Maintain and execute crisis communication protocols and playbooks to protect and mitigate potential reputational risks.
  18. Develop rapid-response plans for media crises, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information.
  19. Together with the Social Media team, monitor social media conversations, online forums, and news coverage to address potential PR challenges proactively.

  20. Corporate Communications & Content Development

  21. Craft compelling corporate narratives, speeches, and opinion pieces that position the company as an industry leader.

  22. Oversee internal communications strategies, ensuring employees are aligned with company messaging.
  23. Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to create high-impact storytelling campaigns that engage the gaming community.

  24. Digital PR & Social Media Management

  25. Develop and execute digital PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility across online platforms.

  26. Leverage SEO, influencer marketing, and digital storytelling techniques to amplify brand reach.

  27. Performance Monitoring & Analytics

  28. Track and analyze media coverage, campaign effectiveness, and sentiment trends.

  29. Produce regular reports and insights on PR performance to support strategic decision-making.
  30. Use data to inform messaging adjustments, identify communications gaps, and propose evidence-based improvements.
  31. Monitor competitor activity and broader industry narratives to inform proactive PR strategies.

  32. Team Leadership & Internal Support

  33. Supervise and mentor junior PR staff, fostering professional growth, strategic thinking, and high performance.

  34. Support resource planning, team workflows, and external agency coordination where applicable.
  35. Promote internal awareness of PR protocols, best practices, and messaging discipline.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations, or reputation management with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as online gaming, integrated resorts, fintech, technology, or telecommunications is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino (Mandarin proficiency is a plus). Submissions with writing portfolios or PR campaigns are encouraged.

  • Experience in regulatory communications and navigating government relations within the gaming industry.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, digital PR, social media analytics, and online reputation management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
