REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administrative Support: provide support and management of key team functions, particularly in regards to public affairs and stakeholder engagement. Support development, delivery and evaluation of plans from across the departments involved.

  • Communication and Liaison: Communicate and coordinate with team members, clients, partners, and other individuals as required. Maintain professional and positive relationships with all contacts. Maintain an effective personal network of contact to support in gathering information and working collaboratively with other organizations.
  • Information Management: Maintain and update records and filing systems. Conduct research and gather information on various topics as required. Prepare and analyze data to provide accurate and timely information to the Head of External Affairs. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Contributing by overseeing the team's weekly monitoring roundup and ensuring tasks are on track.

  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as needed.

  • Provides administrative, liaison, and information management support; strong sales communication and stakeholder engagement preferred.
