Key Responsibilities:- Assist in maintaining property files, lease agreements, and tenant records.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails related to property operations.
- Prepare and process billing, collection reports, and other property-related documents.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for work requests and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor and update databases, spreadsheets, and property listings.
- Support the Property Manager in scheduling inspections, meetings, and tenant communications.
- Maintain office supplies, handle petty cash, and support general office operations.
- Perform other clerical or administrative duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- With clerical or administrative experience (property management background is an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
