Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining property files, lease agreements, and tenant records.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails related to property operations.
  • Prepare and process billing, collection reports, and other property-related documents.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for work requests and ensure proper documentation.
  • Monitor and update databases, spreadsheets, and property listings.
  • Support the Property Manager in scheduling inspections, meetings, and tenant communications.
  • Maintain office supplies, handle petty cash, and support general office operations.
  • Perform other clerical or administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • With clerical or administrative experience (property management background is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
