This is a remote position.

We are seeking a versatile administrative professional with a strong foundation in accounts-related and administration tasks.

This role is pivotal in supporting the Managing Director and leadership team by managing emails, tasks, and reducing accounts receivable through proactive invoice management. Your contributions will ensure seamless daily operations, allowing internal resources to focus on enhancing productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Managing Director and leadership team with email and task management.
  • Proactively manage overdue invoices to reduce accounts receivable.  You will need AP/Ar or bookkeeping experience.
  • Support various administrative functions to streamline operations.
  • Enhance productivity by freeing up internal resources.
Requirements

Essential:

Prior experience in an administrative role.

  • Proficiency in email and office programs, with advanced Excel and task management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to follow systems and processes.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Experience in a bookkeeping or similar role

Desirable:

  • Australian Bookkeeping experience.
  • Previous experience as a Virtual or Administration Assistant.
  • Familiarity with account follow-up workflows.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Clear written communication.
  • Ability to follow through on delegated tasks.
  • Efficient time and deadline management.
  • Proficiency with administrative tools.
