Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin/Accounting Assistant to support our Accounting Head and the main office team. This role involves assisting with accounting tasks, administrative duties, and day-to-day office operations. Open to On-the-Job Trainees (OJTs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounting Head with bookkeeping, invoice processing, and financial record maintenance.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with documentation for audits.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing office records.
- Answer calls and correspond with clients, suppliers, and contractors as needed.
- Assist in monitoring office supplies and procurement.
- Perform other tasks and errands assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (OJTs welcome).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
