Job Description

Responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the received goods.
  • Inspect shipments for damages and report discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
  • Organize and label received materials for easy identification.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory checks.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of products within the warehouse.
  • Retrieve products from shelves based on order specifications.
  • Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipping.
  • Assist in preparing shipping labels and documentation.
  • Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock accordingly.
  • Implement first-in, first-out (FIFO) principles for perishable items.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive or fragile items.
  • Conduct basic quality checks on received and outgoing products.
  • Report any quality issues or deviations from specifications.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
  • Report any safety hazards or issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding inventory levels and order status.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
  • Compliance with e-tap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
  • Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
  • Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy items.
  • 1 year Warehousing Experience
  • Bachelor's degree holder (optional)
  • Certified Forklift Operator (optional)

Professional Experience

  • Previous experience in a warehouse operations or similar environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 per month
