Job Title: Product Development Specialist (Dentist)

Department: Research & Product Development

Reports to: Product Development Manager / Operations Head

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Product Development Specialist (Dentist) will play a key role in the design, improvement, and evaluation of dental and healthcare-related products. Leveraging their professional background and clinical knowledge, the specialist ensures that all products are safe, effective, compliant with industry standards, and aligned with market needs.

This position involves close collaboration with R&D, marketing, regulatory, and production teams to develop high-quality, innovative dental products and formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support product research and development of dental, oral care, and related health products.
  • Provide technical and clinical insights in formulating new products or improving existing ones.
  • Review formulations, ingredients, and procedures to ensure product efficacy, safety, and compliance with FDA and other regulatory standards.
  • Work with the Regulatory Affairs team in preparing documentation for product registration and compliance.
  • Evaluate product performance, conduct trials, and analyze test results to ensure quality and market suitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide technical support, product knowledge, and training materials.
  • Monitor trends and innovations in dental science and healthcare technology for potential integration into company products.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations related to product specifications and performance.
  • Ensure that all product development processes follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Dentist with active PRC license
  • with at least 3–5 years of clinical experience in dental practice or product-related roles
  • Strong understanding of dental materials, oral care formulations, and product safety standards
  • Experience in product development, testing, or regulatory compliance is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and capable of working with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
