Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of marketing and sales strategies for professional-grade toothbrush products targeted to dental clinics, and practitioners. The role involves building strong partnerships with dental professionals, & B2C identifying market opportunities, and driving brand growth within the dental community.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns specifically for the dentist-to-dentist market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and dental associations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Organize dental events, seminars, and product demonstrations to promote Curaprox products to clinics and practitioners.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand distribution networks.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on dentist feedback and market needs.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing and health regulations applicable to dental products.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Dentist or Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Marketing, or a related field (preferably with dental background).
  • At least 1 year of experience in Dental industry.
  • Strong communication Skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute marketing strategies and meet sales targets.
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, conventions, and product launches.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep understanding of dental practices, oral care products, and industry standards.
  • Established professional network within the dental community.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Creative and results-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
