Job Title: Product Development Intern (Fashion)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Development Intern to support our fashion product team. This role will give you hands-on experience in taking designs from concept to production, coordinating with design, sourcing, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and updating tech packs, spec sheets, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams for sample development.
  • Support fittings, track revisions, and document changes.
  • Assist in quality checks and ensuring products meet brand standards.
  • Research fabrics, trims, and materials, and provide sourcing options.
  • Maintain product development timelines and track project progress.
  • Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
  • Knowledge of garment construction, materials, and production processes.
  • Familiarity with tech packs, Adobe Illustrator, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to trend research, sourcing, and production planning.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.

Schedule

  • Internship duration: 2-3 months (flexible).
  • Onsite or hybrid depending on project requirements
