Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or any related course.
  • At least 2 years of technical writing experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, concise, and engaging content to showcase and promote our products to our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Product Management team to develop product descriptions, user manuals, how-to guides, and other training and instructional material.
  • Produce engaging and timely content when new products or updates are released.
  • Brainstorm ideas to continuously improve existing product documentation based on customer feedback.
  • Create content for social media platforms to keep our audience updated about product-related news, such as new product launches.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and answer queries and concerns from customers regarding products on digital communication channels.
