Job Description

As a Home Lending Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers beginning their home loan journey. From pre-qualification to referrals, you'll guide them with empathy, professionalism, and expertise, ensuring their path to homeownership is seamless and satisfying.

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 1 year of recent mortgage experience with a financial institution or licensed mortgage broker.
• Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
• Experience in customer-facing environments that are fast-paced and ever-changing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and loyalty.
• Customer-centric mindset with resilience in handling challenges.
• Tech-savvy, with familiarity in systems like Zendesk and Slack (a plus).
• High-level problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong team player with a passion for collaboration and a bit of fun

Your Daily Tasks

• Identify opportunities for customers seeking new purchases or refinancing.
• Speak with customers to understand their lending needs and complete high-level pre-qualifications.
• Refer and book appointments with the broker network.
• Provide empathetic and professional customer support via inbound and outbound calls.
• Balance customer demand and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive customer loyalty, advocacy, and retention through excellent service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to find the best outcomes and remove roadblocks.
• Proactively identify opportunities to innovate and improve services.
• Provide feedback to enhance products and customer experience.
