What You'll Do:

  • Create U.S. mortgage loan documents based on underwriting approval and product requirements
  • Review lock info and payment sheets to ensure accuracy
  • Run compliance tests and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards
  • Confirm loan compliance with RESPA, TILA, MDIA, and applicable tolerances
  • Check document packages for accuracy before forwarding for member signature
  • Stay current on state and federal lending laws, including BSA, TILA, RESPA, and AML

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in preparing U.S. mortgage loan documents
  • Strong understanding of mortgage regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with low tolerance for error
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • College degree a plus—but relevant work experience is equally valued
