Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Makati for a Training Specialist. The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs, creating instructional materials, and ensuring employees are knowledgeable and well-trained. The role includes designing training sessions, facilitating workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. The Training Specialist will also provide excellent customer service by assisting employees with their training needs and inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Training & Development and Training implementation
  • Proficiency in Instructional Design and creating training materials
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Psychology,, Education, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in retail or a related industry is beneficial
