About the Role

The Recruitment Marketing Associate plays a key role in promoting Skyro's employer brand and driving candidate engagement through creative digital campaigns. This role combines creativity, digital marketing know-how, and collaboration to produce compelling content and manage online recruitment visibility across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Design

  • Develop and design engaging recruitment materials such as posters, short-form videos, social media posts, and recruitment flyers using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar design platforms.
  • Produce creative visuals and copy that highlight job openings, company culture, and employee stories.
  • Ensure all materials are aligned with Skyro's brand guidelines and messaging standards.
  • Coordinate with content moderator interns to ensure that all posts, comments, and messages reflect a consistent and professional tone aligned with Skyro's employer brand.
  • Maintain a well-organized repository of design assets and templates for easy team access and consistent branding.

2. Social Media & Campaign Management

  • Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to promote job openings and strengthen employer branding.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment and Marketing teams to develop targeted campaign strategies aligned with current hiring priorities.
  • Work closely with content moderator interns to monitor online engagement—responding to inquiries, filtering applicant messages, and ensuring a positive candidate experience on all social media platforms.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, clicks, engagement, conversion) using tools such as Meta Business Suite or similar analytics dashboards.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights and feedback to improve reach and applicant quality.
  • Manage the recruitment content calendar, ensuring timely posting of campaigns aligned with hiring schedules.

3. Collaboration & Strategy

  • Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions to generate creative concepts for recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
  • Align with recruiters and marketing team members to ensure content reflects real-time manpower needs and company messaging.

4. Administrative & Project Support

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for employer branding activities, job fairs, and digital outreach efforts.
  • Prepare campaign reports and presentation materials as needed.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or recruitment marketing (internship experience may be considered).
  • Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, or similar content creation tools; video editing experience (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Familiar with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or other social media analytics tools.
  • Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design, branding, and storytelling.
  • Comfortable coordinating with interns and team members across multiple departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
