Position: Recruitment Specialist
Set-up: Work Onsite
Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Schedule and Shift: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
Job Type: Contract Based (6 months)
Overall Purpose of the Job:
The role will be responsible for working with hiring managers and stake holders to ensure they have a diverse set of qualified individuals. They are expected to implement sourcing strategies, such as employer branding initiatives, which are designed for long-term success in the industry by building pipelines through innovative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
a. Sourcing of Candidates
• Partner with managers to assess the required competencies for the open post
• To identify the best channel (Online posting, Job Fairs, School Search, etc.) that can supply the
preferred applicants
• To ensure that the maintained job portal is always up-to-date
• To conduct phone screening and schedule interviews
• To ensure that the company has enough pool of candidates for a "fast-moving" position
• Ensure that job requisition is in place before commencement of process
b. Screening of Candidates
• To conduct initial interview – ensure that standard recruitment process is being followed
• To administer assessment tool to positions that required such.
• To endorse shortlisted candidates to respective interviewers
c. Selection of Candidates
• To monitor recruitment/interview status of each candidate
• To ensure that proper and timely feedback is being done to all of the candidates
• To conduct background check for the selected candidate/s
• To endorse selected candidate/s for pre-employment medical check-up
• To prepare job offer and employment contract, and have it approved by the authorized signatory
• To discuss job offer, employment contract, and Job Description to the selected candidate
d. Reporting
• To provide reports related to recruitment in a timely and accurate manner.
e. Onboarding
• Processing the on-boarding of hires such as new hire forms, PEME, government statutory documents and other mandatory pre-employment requirements.
2. Management
• Responsible for updating and managing the stake holders.
• Responsible to be the MyHR Champion of Manila site. Ensuring necessary process will be followed.
• Overseeing other recruitment officers (getting updates, reports, etc.).
• Will have an involvement with vendor management.
Job Profile:
Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job)
• Hands-on experience in full-cycle reporting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Proven Excellent organizational, administrative, customer service and personal management skills
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job)
• At least 3 years work experience in recruitment function.
• Nursing recruitment experience is required.
Required Qualifications (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job)
• College graduate, preferable with a degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
• Latin Honor is a plus.
Required Languages (Brief description of the language skills needed to perform the job)
• Excellent written and spoken English
