JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of bachelor's degree level -preferably in Political Science, Legal Management, etc.
- Units earned from law school or law graduate is a plus but not a requirement
- With at least three years' relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill able to directly converse and advise on contractual issues at senior levels.
- An ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and complete work accurately to a high standard.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and assist in external and internal legal appointments and affairs, including all correspondence and logistics necessary (this includes insurance claims, labor cases, and affairs with quasi-judicial bodies)
- Draft contracts, documents, and letters from existing acquisitions and transactions using proper templates
- Correspond with retained counsel, court and other incidental subjects and persons
- Assist with patient complaints in the level of involvement of judicial and quasi-judicial bodies
- Preparation and advising of the right legal documents to be utilized specifically by different departments, persons, and/or company as a whole
- Provide helpful legal advise to company affairs, backed by sufficient legal research and advise from the retained counsel
- Complete administrative duties such as making copies, answering and directing phone calls, recording and filing documents
- Manage legal and intra-corporate documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
- Co-manage documentation of corporate licenses, documents, and correspondence in strict confidence with the Corporate Secretary
- Assist in drafting and implementing inter corporate policies and guidelines
- Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow
- Assist the HRAD Manager in completing compliance requirements and manage liaisons with government agencies
- Assist in the IPO requirements of the company, i.e. policy drafting, corporate governance documents and the like
- Assist in audit and other related matters as Japan audit may require
- Other tasks that management may assign from time to time relevant to job position.

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
