Schedule : Shift ( 3am to 12pm / 6pm to 3am)

Statement of Duties

AM Duties (3AM-12PM)

· Receive and fine sort import documents per pre-assigned sort.

· Retrieve and fine sort non-documents to their designated lane and Location ID per shuttle trucks.

· Check and identify cargo condition, completeness, and service commitment (IE), ensuring all shipments have a complete set of documents prior to loading (SAD, Debit Memo, OR/AR if applicable).

· Apply necessary scans to all shipments and import documents (e.g., Cons, Stat37/Damage Scan, comment Scan such as Safekeeping, Short Landed, or Missing Documents).

· Prepare gate pass and ensure the timely dispatch of shuttle trucks.

· Send Shuttle Forms and Cons Tag details to the designated GC.

· Coordinate closely with AM Station Agents/Ops Support Agent for loading/unloading plans when utilizing shuttles from Gateway.

· Monitor alerts from Station Agents on Partial Delivery Requests, Time-Temperature Sensitive Shipments, Hot Shipments, and Solo Van requirements.

· Perform other tasks as directed by immediate superiors.

PM Duties (6PM-3AM)

· Monitor incoming shuttles and alerts from PM Station Agents requiring immediate attention.

· Unload shipments and ensure no shipments are left behind in the trucks.

· Ensure all export documents (AEDS, 8110) are handed over to FedEx personnel.

· Fine sort all DG and Export hold shipments.

· Report any irregularities during shuttle activity (e.g., damaged shipments, missing labels, mislabeling).

· Apply necessary scans to all shipments and documents.

· Perform other tasks as directed by immediate superiors.

Job Qualifications:

  • College level preferred
  • Senior High school graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fast learner
  • Able to work on shift schedule
  • Willing to commute going to Clark Free Zone or with Motorcycle is an advantage
