The Front of the House (Dining Servers) are responsible for:

  • Has a welcoming attitude and actively engages with customers in the store
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages to customers
  • Ability to cross sell products and remain knowledgeable on products offered
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy
  • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

We are looking for people who are:

  • A college graduate of HRM or any course is a plus
  • Preferably with 2 years experience in the industry
  • Fluent in English and Filipino
  • Excellent organizational, communication and people skills
  • Possess a clear understanding of quality service and be capable of delivering it
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to various tasks and assignments as needed
