Front-of-House Lead (Blackfish, Angeles Pampanga)

Blackfish is looking for a capable and personable Front-of-House Lead to take ownership of our service floor and guest experience. This role blends warm, intuitive hospitality with strong floor leadership and operational consistency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and naturally service-driven—with a genuine ability to make guests feel seen and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take the lead on service flow and guest engagement on the floor.
  • Manage and confirm reservations across phone, messaging, and booking platforms
  • Warmly welcome and seat guests, ensuring smooth service flow from entry to exit
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, bar offerings, ongoing promotions, and events
  • Confidently upsell food and beverage items based on guest preferences
  • Liaise with the kitchen and service teams to relay guest needs, dietary restrictions, and special requests
  • Monitor guest feedback and identify service improvements proactively
  • Encourage and track positive reviews on relevant platforms
  • Support the coordination of bookings for group reservations and special events
  • Ensure that all front-of-house SOPs and service standards are followed consistently
  • Assist with onboarding and guiding new FOH staff when needed

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year college degree course.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a guest-facing hospitality role, preferably with supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Highly organized and attentive to guest details
  • Friendly, confident demeanor with the ability to handle VIP clients
  • Professional demeanor with a warm, engaging personality
  • Familiar with reservations systems and service flow in a fast-paced dining environment
  • Confident in upselling and guest engagement
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and reservation softwares
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be located in Pampanga
