Front of House Team Lead

Abli Cebu is looking for a reliable and people-driven Front of House Team Lead to guide our FOH team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Who We're Looking For:Someone with 1–2 years experience as a Team Leader, Shift In-Charge, Supervisor, or similar FOH leadership role. Someone who can lead by example, communicate well, and handle fast-paced service with confidence.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support FOH staff during opening, service, and closing
  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and calmly
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management teams
  • Uphold Abli's service standards and guest experience
  • Assist in training and developing FOH team members

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and attentive to detail
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
  • Passionate about hospitality and teamwork
  • Confident in customer service and table service
  • Familiarity with barista tasks
  • Basic bartending knowledge
  • Experience in cashiering and POS systems
